CVE an approved SBA Small Business Joint Venture (JV) in NAICS 562910, is comprised of two waste management firms with complementary strengths in self performing landfill engineering, construction, and operations formed specifically to address the challenges of complex DOE waste disposal and operations needs. CTI and Associates, Inc. (CTI), as the majority member of the JV, brings over 25 years of on-site waste disposal experience including relevant projects at over 10 DOE sites. VNS Federal Services, LLC (Veolia), the large business partner in the JV, brings their knowledge, experience, and personnel to the team as well as a tremendous depth and diversity of waste treatment and disposal resources.

About CTI and Associates, Inc.

CTI and Associates, Inc. (CTI) is a multi-disciplinary environmental services, engineering design, civil construction/ remediation firm focused on successful project delivery.
